Do you work with HOAs that have multiple buildings on one property?
Yes. HOAs and multi-structure properties are who we built this business for. We inspect and document each building individually so your board has clear, structure-by-structure information.
Do you handle the insurance claim, or just the repair work?
Your insurance company and agent handle the insurance claim process. Our team can inspect your roof and document its condition with photographs. This gives your adjuster a record of the roof damage. We can be on site for the visit by the adjuster. Though we may not be able to help with insurance claims, we help you with your roof.
