What Roofs Look Like Here
Albertville sits right off I-94 at Exit 201, in southeastern Wright County — the same exit as the outlet mall, and about 30 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. With around 8,000 residents, it’s a small city with an outsized regional pull, and a median age just over 34 means most of what we work on is newer construction: single-family homes and townhomes from the wave of subdivisions built here over the last several years. There’s also a smaller stock of older acreage properties on the edges of town, so we’re just as often on a roof that’s a few years old and took real hail damage as one that’s simply due.

Albertville is part of the St. Michael-Albertville (STMA) School District, one of the largest and fastest-growing districts in Minnesota, shared with neighboring St. Michael.
Shopping & Around Town
The Albertville Premium Outlets have anchored the I-94 corridor since 2000 — 65-plus stores drawing national retail and dining minutes from most homes here. It’s a big part of why a city this size punches above its weight.
Getting Around
Direct I-94 access makes Albertville one of the easier commutes in Wright County — about 30 minutes to downtown Minneapolis, and roughly 40 minutes to St. Cloud the other direction.
