What We Inspect
We do a comprehensive, detailed inspection of your home and any other structures on the property. That includes your:

When We Tell You It Doesn't Need Anything
If we inspect your home after a storm and there truly is no evidence of damage, and all the materials look like they are aging correctly, we will say so. Not every storm damages every house.
Before You Sign With a Door Knocker
A lot of homeowners go with whoever knocks on the door because it is convenient. A claim check doesn’t feel the same as money you had to save up for your own roof, so it is easy to choose less carefully than you normally would.
That decision can bite you later, for a lot of reasons. Not every company that knocks on your door is a bad one, but many of them just want the roof and then they leave, and they may not stick around to help you solve the other issues on your home. Choose your roofer the way you would if the money came out of your own savings.
If an Adjuster Is Involved
Your insurance company makes the call on your claim. We let the adjuster lead the way and do the job.
Claims departments have high turnover, so the adjuster who comes out may be new. That happens more than you would think. If they are, we offer to show them what we found on your home. The decision is still your insurance company’s.
