Roof Replacement in the Twin Cities Metro
We replace roofs across the Twin Cities metro from our home base in Albertville, and most roofs take one day. We come out, go over your property, get you a quote within a day if possible, deal with the city and the permit inspections, and clean up before we leave.
How It Works, From First Call to Done
- We inspect. On the first visit we come out, inspect the roof and go over the whole property thoroughly.
- You get a quote. We get it out within a day if possible, and we explain what is in it. Ask us anything about the labor or the materials.
- We deal with the city. We communicate with the city and handle the permit inspections.
- You get reminders. Automated messages remind you we are coming and when your project is planned to be installed.
- We install. Most roofs take one day.
- We clean up. Every job gets multiple steps of cleanup, with checkpoints and more than one person checking that it got done.
What to Expect on Install Day
Your home is a construction zone for the day. There is no way around that. It is usually over in one day, and the cleanup checkpoints are there so we leave your property the way it should be left.
What a Cheaper Quote Often Leaves Out
Where the cheaper guys cut corners is being thorough and explaining the process. A low number doesn’t tell you how carefully they looked at your property or what happens on your job. Before you compare quotes, ask each roofer to walk you through it. We will.
Shingles Are Not All the Same
Shingles are made to different quality standards, and a better shingle matters all the time. Lower grades usually go on new construction, and replacements are what we specialize in. We recommend Owens Corning Duration for its bonded strip. Lower grades are available if you need them.

Any price we give you covers what we can see. We can’t see through shingles to the decking underneath, and we only know what it looks like once the old shingles are off, so unforeseen items aren’t included.
