My name is Keith Gutzwiller, 

I was born and raised in St. Michael, MN. I have a family of four, including my wife, Gabrielle, and our two sons, Oliver and Oden. As a family, we enjoy spending time “up north” taking in nature and the cabin lifestyle. Personally, I am a mechanical tinkerer with a passion for RC scale helicopters, cars, trucks, and motorcycles. I began my career in construction working with my father from 1999 to 2020, focusing primarily on pole barns, framing, and crane work. In the spring of 2020, I joined NMC Exteriors as a Field Supervisor and progressed to Production Manager within three years. In May 2024, Guy Saxby and I partnered to establish Top Tier Roofing and Remodeling.

Hello, my name is Guy Saxby. 

I have been married to my wife Katie for 14 years. We have 2 children, Macy (9 yrs) and Weston (7yrs). We moved to St. Michael 6 years ago and absolutely love this area. We are originally from the Osseo Maple Grove area. I have been in the construction industry for 25 years. I started in new construction, remodeled houses, and now specialize in Roofing and exterior contracting. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and playing golf.

Hi, my name is Jon LaRoque.

I have been married to Betty for almost 40 years, we have a daughter, Ashley, and we have lived in Buffalo for over 38 years. When I’m not climbing roofs, I love to hunt, fish, golf, cook, and volunteer. I’m a member of the Knights of Columbus in Buffalo, volunteer at the food shelf, and retired from the Buffalo Fire Dept. I have been in the roofing and siding business for over 42 years, 27 years owning my own business in Buffalo. I enjoy helping Homeowners with their home exterior needs, whether it’s storm damage, roof replacement, or other exterior projects. If you love what you do, then it’s not a job.
